I lead IT service teams with a focus on accountability, performance, and results. My background spans service management, operations, and cybersecurity alignment. I’m at my best when bringing structure to areas that need clarity — defining expectations, setting the right KPIs, tightening processes, and making performance visible. Strong IT organizations aren’t built on good intentions; they’re built on discipline, transparency, and consistent follow-through. I believe culture and accountability go together. Clear standards and direct communication create teams that take ownership of their work and understand how what they do impacts the business. My goal isn’t simply to run a support function — it’s to build a service organization that the business can rely on.
